Noida Airport - Ganga Expressway

Noida Airport – Ganga Expressway

Noida Airport – Ganga Expressway, If you’ve been following the big infrastructure updates around Noida and Jewar, here’s something worth your attention. A brand-new expressway is being built to link the Noida International Airport directly with the Ganga Expressway.

YEIDA has sanctioned, and the one project alone is supposed to change the way people travel and invest in Noida, Bulandshahr, and western Uttar Pradesh. Honestly, it’s not another road — it’s the sort of project that makes a ripple effect on development.

Major Project Features

•          Length: 74.3 km

•          Width: 120 metres

•          Estimated Cost: ₹4,000 crore

•          Status: Under construction

•          Authority: UPEIDA

This highway will run over 56 villages, 8 of which belong to Gautam Buddh Nagar and 48 to Bulandshahr district. Before, plan was 83 km longer and then trimmed to ensure that it does not disturb developed areas of Yamuna City.

Route and Reach

YEIDA’s new sectors — 28, 29, 32, and 33, are also part of the route. Last but not least, the road will connect with the Ganga Expressway near Meerut, forming a seamless and potent connection between three prominent highways — the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, and Ganga Expressway.

How It Affects Real Estate

Anyone observing the Noida real estate scenario will understand how rapidly the Jewar Airport area is transforming. In the past few years, the rates of property in the Yamuna Expressway have already surged by more than 130–230%, and with this new connectivity, the only direction it is going is upwards.

New expressway will provide quicker access to destinations such as Bulandshahr, Garhmukteshwar, and Siyana, which will mean higher housing projects, new commercial centers, and increased land demand.

For investors, this is the type of long-term growth story that makes early investments into profitable returns. For buyers, it offers improved lifestyle and accessibility — particularly for those who work in Noida or Greater Noida but desire quiet surroundings.

Temporary Land Sale Pause

To make the process transparent, the government of UP has temporarily halted land sales along the planned route. This includes some villages of Rabupura, Myana, Khurja, Shikarpur, and Siyana. It’s a short-term solution to avoid speculative pricing before land acquisition is complete. After Completion the government will open the market again.
